1. Damage During Transit (Peace of Mind Guarantee)
We take extreme care in packaging, but we understand that fired clay and terracotta are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of cost.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for transit damage, customers must record a clear video while opening the package for the first time.

Reporting Window: Any damage (cracks, chips, or breakage) must be reported to us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Documentation: Reports must be accompanied by the unboxing video and photos of the outer packaging.
2. Handcrafted Variations
Please note that these are 100% handmade items using natural clay.

Natural Texture: Slight variations in the earthy shade of the terracotta, minor surface textures, or tiny mineral spots are not considered "defects". They are the hallmarks of authentic, hand-fired artisanal pottery.

Artistic Differences: As each tribal motif is hand-engraved and painted, minor differences in line work or symmetry compared to the website images are expected.

Color Accuracy: Depending on your screen brightness and settings, actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor.
3. Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable: Due to the fragile nature of terracotta and the high risk of breakage during return transit, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "style preference" once the order is delivered in good condition.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
4. Replacement Process
Once your damage claim is verified via the unboxing video:

We will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or provide instructions on how to handle the damaged piece safely.

A fresh replacement piece will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Stock Availability: If the specific handcrafted design is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative design of the same value or a full refund.
