All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed through verified payment gateways.
Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

7. Delivery Policy

We understand you can’t wait to enjoy your authentic Bengali Treats! Here’s how we ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition, no matter where you are in India.

i. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
    Our goal is to ensure the shortest possible transit time for your fresh delicacies.

ii. All-India Delivery & Estimated Transit Time

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Freshness Guaranteed: Each order is packed using special packaging materials to maintain freshness and integrity of sweets like Joynagar Moa and Nolen Gur.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • Metro Cities & Regional Hubs: Typically 3–4 business days after dispatch.

    • All Other Locations: Typically 4–5 business days after dispatch.

iii. Shipping Charges

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on your pin code and order weight/volume, ensuring accurate pricing across India. (For the introductory offers, we are offering free shipping across India)

iv. Delivery Tracking

  • Stay Informed: You will receive an email with a tracking ID once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your order until it reaches your doorstep.

8. Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with the authentic Bengali treats from Bengal Treats is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (such as Nolen Gur and fresh sweets like Joynagar Moa), our policy is as follows:

i. Eligibility for Refund & Returns

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable products (packaged goods with a long shelf life) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

  • Shipping Delays: No refunds for minor courier delays once dispatched.

ii. Non-Returnable Items (Perishable Goods)

Due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Opened or Consumed Goods: Cannot be returned.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for change of mind after shipment.

  • Improper Storage: Refunds are not issued for spoilage due to poor storage (e.g., not refrigerating Nolen Gur).

iii. Refund Process

  • Initiate Contact: Email bengaltreats@gmail.com within 48 hours with your Order Number, issue description, and photo/video evidence.

  • Review: Our team reviews the claim and responds within 3 business days.

  • Issuance: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
