  • Metro Cities & Regional Hubs: Typically 4–6 business days after dispatch.

  • All Other Locations: Typically 6–8 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

• Pincode & Volume Based: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your pin code and the volumetric weight of the framed art. This ensures you receive the fairest shipping rate for a fragile item.

4. Delivery Tracking & Inspection

• Real-Time Updates: You will receive a confirmation email with a dedicated tracking ID as soon as your artwork is dispatched.

• Safe Arrival Guarantee: We recommend filming a short "unboxing video" when you receive your package. In the rare event of transit damage to the frame or glass, this helps us process a replacement for you immediately.

1. Damage During Transit (Peace of Mind Guarantee)

We take extreme care in packaging, but we understand that glass and frames are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of cost.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for transit damage, customers must record a clear video while opening the package for the first time.

• Reporting Window: Any damage (broken glass, cracked frame) must be reported to us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and photos of the outer box.

2. Handcrafted Variations

Please note that these are 100% handmade items using natural rice straw.

• Natural Texture: Slight variations in the golden shade of the straw, grain texture, or minor alignment differences are not considered "defects." They are the hallmarks of authentic handmade art.

• Color Accuracy: Depending on your screen brightness and settings, the actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Non-Returnable: Due to the fragile nature of framed art and the high risk of damage during return transit, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "style preference" once the order is delivered in good condition.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

4. Replacement Process

Once your damage claim is verified via the unboxing video:

• We will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or ask you to dispose of the damaged piece safely.

• A fresh replacement piece will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• If the specific design is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative design of the same value or a full refund.

To ensure your straw art stays beautiful for decades:

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to harsh UV rays may fade the natural golden tint over several years.

• Dusting: Clean the frame and glass with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.

• Moisture Control: Keep in a dry indoor environment to prevent any moisture buildup behind the glass.

Q: Is the human figure made of wood or plastic?

Neither! Every part of the figure, including the clothes and the pole, is made from flattened and treated rice straw. The different shades are achieved by selecting straw stalks with natural color variations.

Q: Can I hang this or keep it on a table?

This frame comes with a sturdy hanging hook. Due to its 1-inch depth, it looks best hung on a wall, but it can also be leaned against a shelf or used with a small tabletop easel.
